A beautiful necklace deserves packaging that keeps every detail in place. Custom rigid necklace boxes from Packaging Leaders are designed to present chains, pendants and statement pieces in a clean, premium setting while giving delicate jewelry the structure and support it needs. The interior can be built around the necklace itself. Velvet, satin, EVA foam or paperboard inserts can include necklace hooks, chain slots, pendant cutouts and concealed space for excess chain, helping reduce tangling and keeping the centerpiece properly positioned. For the outer box, choose a magnetic hinged design, classic two-piece lid and base, sliding drawer or luxury presentation style. Custom colors, textured wraps, foil logos, embossing, debossing, Spot UV and soft-touch finishes allow the packaging to feel closely connected to your jewelry collection. From delicate pendant necklaces and bridal jewelry to layered chains, chokers and premium gift sets, Packaging Leaders creates rigid necklace packaging that turns the product reveal into part of the jewelry experience. Create custom necklace boxes that protect the piece, present it beautifully and carry your branding from the lid to the interior.

Cut Line (Black Lines):

Indicates the cut at its final size. Important artwork and text should be placed at least 0.125 inches inside of the cut line.

Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):

Perforation line refers to paper that is punched with very small holes to allow the paper to be torn and folded easily.

Bleed Line (Green Lines):

Indicates where the bleed line is located. Any artwork which goes to the cut line should be extended to the bleed line to get a seamless print.

Safety Margin (Dotted Green Lines):

Indicates where artwork and text should safely be placed inside. As an industry standard, all artwork should at least be placed 0.125 inches away from the cut line unless your design is intentional.

Time to Make a Custom Dieline

In the packaging world, a dieline is an artwork template that ensures that the design of your package is laid out correctly before going into production. It is a flat diagram with markings that indicate where the package’s fold and cut lines are. As soon as we’ve received your payment, our packaging wizards will prepare your dieline file and send it over for review within 1-2 business days.

Get Creative with Artwork

Add your artwork to your shiny new dieline template file. Make sure to follow our Artwork Guidelines as you start designing, so we can apply the artwork to your template. These guidelines ensure that the file format and the settings of your artwork (colors, font type, font size, and images) will be ready for mass production.

Visualize Your Packaging with Mockups

Once you’re happy with your template’s design, our team will prepare a 2D and 3D rendering of your packaging for a final review. This allows you to visualize precisely how your custom box will look once printed. This stage is your last opportunity to proofread the text on the box or check for grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors before mass production, make sure to double check! If you’d like to determine whether your chosen material has the feel you want to achieve, we can ship a box sample to you.

Roll-on Production!

Now that everything is approved, it’s time for you to sit back and relax, while we produce your custom shipping boxes. Our packaging wizards will keep in touch with you throughout the process to give you updates on manufacturing and shipping.

Pick The Perfect Box Size

Bring us your product measurements and we’ll help you find the custom box size that’s the right fit for your needs. Custom dimensions for proper sizing keeps your packaging costs down and your products safe from rattling around during shipping, so you can give your customers a special unboxing experience.
